Add 2–3 tablespoons (about a small handful) to warm running water, let it dissolve, and soak for 15–20 minutes. Rinse afterward if you used a scrub-style blend. Start with less if you have sensitive skin.
On clean skin, apply a few drops of facial oil or moisturizer so the stone glides. Sweep the gua sha gently outward and upward along your jaw, cheeks, and neck. For the roller, roll from the center of your face outward. Keep the stone in the fridge for an extra de-puffing cool.
