How long does shipping take?

Orders ship from New Jersey within 1โ€“2 business days. U.S. delivery is typically 2โ€“5 business days. Free U.S. shipping on orders over $35; a flat rate applies below that.

What's your return policy?

For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns on opened bath or skincare products. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

What's actually in your bath soaks?

Minerals first: Epsom salt (magnesium sulfate), Dead Sea or Himalayan salt, and baking soda, blended with genuine essential oils and, in some scents, dried botanicals. Full ingredient lists (in INCI format) are printed on every label. No synthetic dyes or filler.

How do I use a bath soak?

Add 2โ€“3 tablespoons (about a small handful) to warm running water, let it dissolve, and soak for 15โ€“20 minutes. Rinse afterward if you used a scrub-style blend. Start with less if you have sensitive skin.

How do I use the gua sha and rollers?

On clean skin, apply a few drops of facial oil or moisturizer so the stone glides. Sweep the gua sha gently outward and upward along your jaw, cheeks, and neck. For the roller, roll from the center of your face outward. Keep the stone in the fridge for an extra de-puffing cool.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

We keep formulas simple and skip synthetic dyes, but everyone's skin is different. Check the label's ingredient list, and if you're prone to reactions, patch-test first. These are cosmetic products for external use โ€” not medical treatments.

Do you offer gift sets and gift notes?

Yes โ€” our sets arrive boxed and gift-ready. You can add a short gift note at checkout, and we'll leave the prices off the packing slip for gift orders.

Do you sell wholesale?

We do. If you run a shop, spa, or studio, see our wholesale page for pricing and minimums, or find us on Faire.

How should I store my soaks?

Keep the jar sealed in a cool, dry spot away from direct steam. Bath bombs especially don't like humidity โ€” a closed cabinet keeps them fizzing at their best.
